Dental Stores is a dental supplies e-commerce platform serving dental professionals and clinics. We rebuilt its mobile app in Flutter and improved the supporting website, addressing product discovery, checkout, account access and order-related functionality.
The Challenge.
Dental Stores already had an e-commerce platform, but important parts of its mobile shopping journey were unreliable or unusable.
Product discovery was limited by issues with search, category browsing and favourites. Profile access and order history also had problems, alongside cart calculations and Cash on Delivery.
The website had related issues with search, category navigation, login and checkout, disrupting the journey from finding dental supplies to placing an order.
Our Approach.
We addressed the complete shopping journey rather than treating each functional issue as an isolated bug.
We rebuilt the mobile application in Flutter for Android and iOS, covering product search, category and brand browsing, product variations, cart, checkout, customer accounts and order history.
We also improved the supporting website, focusing on product discovery, navigation, login and checkout across the web shopping journey.
The Solution.
The revamped platform connects product discovery, selection, checkout and post-purchase order visibility in one customer shopping journey.
Customers can browse 5,000+ dental products across 250+ brands using search, categories and brand listings, save favourites and choose product variations before adding items to the cart.
The shopping flow includes delivery-address management, shipping calculations, Razorpay online payments and Cash on Delivery, alongside customer profiles and order history.
The website received related improvements to search, category navigation, login and checkout, supporting a more consistent commerce experience across mobile and web.
The Results.
The Android app has passed 5,000 downloads, according to the project's reported Google Play figure.
The platform supports a catalogue of more than 5,000 dental products for professionals and clinics to explore.
The catalogue brings together products from more than 250 dental brands in one dental supplies shopping platform.
The mobile app connects product search, product selection, cart calculations, checkout and payment within one customer purchasing flow.
